China Prosperity (Jiangyin) Petrochemical Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Chengxing Group, owns a set of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) production facilities with the designed capacity of 600,000 tons/year, which uses INVISTA patented process technology package, the most advanced technology in the industry with the highest productivity among all similar plants.
Chengxing 600,000 ton/year PTA project is listed into the highly-supported projects of The National Petrochemical Industry Revitalization Plan, which supplies PTA to Chengxing’s own PET plant JIANGYIN CHENGOLD PACKAGING MATERIALS CO., LTD. as well as the surrounding markets.
JIANGYIN CHENGOLD PACKAGING MATERIALS CO., LTD., which is controlled by Chengxing Group, introduced the most advanced INVISTA PET technology to produce bottle-grade PET chips including water bottle/oil bottle/carbonated beverage/hot filling/sheet grade with the production capacity of 300,000 tons/year. Compared with traditional bottle grade PET chips, bottle grade PET chips produced with NG3 technology have more linear molecules and narrower molecule weight distribution; enjoy a more even inherent viscosity, low residual aldehyde content and low oligomer content.
